Through the CreationConnect suite of connectivity products, Clearstream provides customers with numerous query options and a comprehensive set of reports to give them a better control over their positions. Online queries allow for a targeted information search which can be customised to meet individual operational needs.

Customers can receive reports on settled and unsettled trades at set intervals or in real-time throughout the day. Instruction status updates are available throughout continuous daytime settlement processing. Quick assimilation of information is provided by delta reports which only list new transactions or those where the status has changed since the last report.

Comprehensive reports, including new cash and securities balances and total holdings are also available throughout the settlement day.

All reports comply with ISO 15022 standards and can be delivered to customers in a variety of different formats, depending on their business needs.
