Clearstream’s custody reporting complies with ISO15022 standards and can be accessed by customers via a variety of channels.

Statement of Holdings (MT 535)

The MT 535 Statement of Holdings reports the holdings that CBL services for the customer. The Complete report contains all holding information. The Delta report contains only changes since the previously sent statement.

Corporate Action Notification (MT 564)

The MT 564 Corporate Action Notification reports details of a corporate action event along with the possible elections or choices available to the customer. It can be initially sent as a preliminary advice and subsequently replaced by another MT 564 with complete or confirmed information.

Urgent Uninstructed Notifications (MT 564)

The MT 564 Urgent Uninstructed Notifications Report provides a regularly updated breakdown of instructed and uninstructed securities balances related to Corporate Action and Tax breakdowns.

Income Pre-Advice Report – IPAR (MT 564)

The MT 564 Income Pre-Advice Report provides a forecast on coupon, dividend payments and redemptions over the five business days following the day the report is sent.

Corporate Action Confirmation (MT 566)

The MT 566 Corporate Action Confirmation reports proceeds from income, redemption and corporate action events credited to a customers account.

Corporate Action Narrative (MT 568)

The MT 568 Corporate Action Narrative reports extraordinary or general meetings details and resolutions.
